‘The Undiscovered’ is a Community Film made by and features people who live in and around the Moorfoot area in Midlothian, Scotland - 15 miles south of Edinburgh. In addition to it being a fun thing to do for more than 200 people in the local community who participated, it raised funds for Temple Village Hall, Temple Nursery & Playgroup and the new Moorflix Community Cinema.
The film was premiered in Temple Village Hall on 6th March 2010 and the community turned up in style for a red carpet event! In addition to the ‘main attraction’, the occasion also included a short film 'A Wolf's Tale', an exhibition with photographs, art and props from the filming, and a reading of the poem ‘Changing Time’ written specially for the project by local poet Ken Angus.
A DVD of the film is available to purchase including 120 minutes of content.
